1. Introduction
Welcome to Ahmedabad Airport To Anand Taxi. By booking a taxi, using our website, or utilizing any of our premium chauffeur services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. Once a booking request is placed via our website, WhatsApp, or phone, it is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message or email from our dispatch team. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
3. Fares & Payments
We pride ourselves on 100% transparent and fixed fares. The quoted fare includes standard travel costs but excludes toll taxes, parking fees, and state taxes (unless explicitly stated otherwise in your package). Payment can be made in cash to the chauffeur, or via secure digital payment methods before or during the journey.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before pickup may be subject to a nominal cancellation charge.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
For the safety and comfort of all passengers, smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the vehicles. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Ahmedabad Airport To Anand Taxi is not liable for any lost or damaged items during the journey.
6. Liability & Delays
While we strive for 100% punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as severe traffic, road closures, adverse weather, or vehicle breakdowns. In the rare event of a breakdown, we will provide a replacement vehicle as swiftly as possible.
